What Recruiters do to loose Passive candidates !!!!

It happens most times that i couldn't reply to candidates messages or i miss it.It really makes me think that i missed that candidate so easily when the role that passed by and i didn't care to reply earlier . We know that candidate won't respond properly next time when you talk about exciting opportunity .... Let see what are the effects of missing candidates on not replying...
