COVID -19 Situation : How Recruitment Manager can prepare Resume

We are all in the midst of Covid 19 cris and due to this many lost jobs and their are some thoughts for Recruitment Manager /Talent Acquistion Manager who lost their jobs can prepare their resumes in this way to have more success on their job hunt

Below find some of my thoughts/Pointers which help to get yourself capable for job search 

a) Be Prepared to go back to be individual contributor and    some would have not done for quite a while, rework on your     profile on instances you have closed position being Manager 

b) Highlight your technologies that you have good   understanding and try to learn and understand new  technologies like ML ,AI,Big Data.IOT etc

c) Research and network through Linkedin to identify on the    new technologies, it is help you to understand better on    technologies 

d) Also prepare blueprint /roadmap of companies using these    technologies 

e) Write to them that you have ability to know and hire these    technical crowd

f) Keep writing and try to reach these companies their will be    way to you , never give up 

g) If you are applying job mention that you are good in    sourcing and also in experience in Google Search strings,    X- Ray search ,if possible give some search string syntax    to give boost your profile 

h) Never write on your experience and team size management, at   this moment only your skill helps nothing else unless you    are  looking for Team Management , which might take some    time

i) Their are demo ATS tools available with AI , practice so    you can be well equipped and stand ahead of crowd 

j) Please try to write Tech Recruiter certification to add to     your profile

k) Dont put on location constraints now as all are working    from home till situation get normal , these are    opportunities in disguise 

l) Never ,Never tell your problem on Linkedin ,dont make self    pity about yourself, intelligently if you have saving    capacity and good investment nothing to worry , yes not all    are Warren Buffet including myself . 

   

  Highlight your skills about what you can bring to table not   Self Pity as no organization is not going to invest on your    life
